I teach Adapted Physical Education in the Kinesiology and Sport Studies Department at Red Deer College. I love creative approaches to teaching that include all people in learning and all aspects of Physical Activity.
I am the Co Founder and Director of Red Deer Children's Adapted Sport Association where we run community programs for children living with impairments in collaboration with RDC student practicum and community service learning opportunities.
I build programming based on my 20 years of background in education, adapted physical education, therapeutic play, fundamental movement skills instruction and DANCEPL3Y Kids Instructor Certification.
